Seventeen years ago, Zurich became the place where I would build a big part of my life. What started as a new chapter gradually became home. Over the years, I have grown attached to the city, while continuing to find new reasons to appreciate it.

My professional journey has taken me through more than 14 years in tourism, working with international travellers, private clients and groups, as well as in hotels, excursions, tours and guest services. I have had the pleasure of meeting people from different countries and cultures, each with their own stories, personalities and expectations.

​

Those years have taught me much more than how to organise a tour. They have taught me to listen, to understand different perspectives, to adapt when things don't go as planned and to pay attention to the details that make a difference. I have learned that sometimes the most rewarding part of any experience is simply the people you meet along the way.

Outside of work, I am passionate, warm, authentic, curious and adventurous. I enjoy exploring, learning, meeting people and stepping outside my comfort zone. I believe there is always something new to discover, and that one of the nicest things in life is being able to share those discoveries with others.
